For the project, 1,100 hectares of land was transferred from Karmana district to Navoi city. In the first phase, construction is planned on an area of ​​450 hectares.

7-22-story houses, general education schools with 4,170 places, kindergartens with 1,620 places, polyclinic will be built in the town. "New Uzbekistan" park, the new campus of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute will also be located here.
