INSTRUCTIONS
I. General rules
1. The Committee provides the opportunity for citizens (natural persons), including representatives of organizations (legal entities), public associations, and self-government bodies to participate in their collegial meetings.
2. Collegial meetings of the Committee are open to the public, with the exception of closed meetings.
II. Notify users of information about holding meetings
3. The Committee shall publish on its website the agenda of its public meetings, as well as the meeting plan, indicating the date, time and place of its holding.
4. The committee will set up an information stand at its location, at least one week before the day of the meeting, information about the meeting's agenda, time, as well as the open and closed mode of holding the meeting will be placed on this stand.
III. Arranging attendance at meetings
5. In order to ensure the participation of representatives of citizens and (or) legal entities in the meetings, those who wish to participate in the relevant meeting of the committee are written in the registration log. Registration of information about the visitor and the presence of a document confirming his identity are the basis for participation in the meeting. The record includes the surname, first name, patronymic of the citizen who wants to participate in the meeting, and for the representative of the legal entity - the surname, first name and patronymic of the legal entity, as well as the position held. No other information or documents are required.
6. Places for visitors will be equipped in the meeting hall based on organizational and technical possibilities. The number of places for visitors is calculated based on the number of registrations. The priority of the order of presentation of seats is determined by the order of the entry in the registration log.
IV. Procedure for visitors to attend meetings
7. The participation of representatives of individuals and legal entities in collegial meetings of the Committee should not interfere with their holding.
8. If the established order of participation in the meeting is violated, the chairperson will reprimand the violator, and if the order is violated again, he will be expelled from the meeting hall.
9. Visitors participating in the meeting have the right to record, as well as take photos, audio and video recording, if this does not interfere with the meeting.
