In recent years, systematic measures have been taken to green the settlements, protect trees and shrubs, and expand green spaces. Among these are the introduction of a moratorium on the cutting of valuable trees and shrubs, and the increase in the amount of fines and compensations for cases of tree cutting.

A demonstration seminar on the maintenance of seedlings and preparation for autumn forest planting was organized by the Dargom State Forestry Committee with the participation of the heads of forestry of the Samarkand region and relevant experts.

It should be noted that a number of documents were adopted in order to protect trees, bushes and green areas, expand their areas, increase the efficiency of the organizations responsible in this field, and improve the state management system in the field of tree planting and care.

Planting trees, creating gardens is auspicious and meritorious work, caring for planted seedlings, bringing them to adulthood requires a lot of work, time and money. Therefore, it is the duty of each of us to carefully protect existing green areas, not to damage them.
