A seminar was organized on the criteria for evaluating the openness of state bodies and organizations


For the second half of 2022, the results of the Openness Index aimed at evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the work carried out on openness in state bodies and organizations were announced.

According to it, 44 state bodies have recorded performance indicators of the "yellow" category of transparency activities. At the same time, based on paragraph 12 of this decree, the Anti-Corruption Agency is assigned the task of regularly training and improving the skills of employees of state bodies and organizations responsible for ensuring openness.

In order to eliminate systemic deficiencies and to improve their activity in the direction of ensuring openness, to provide a comprehensive explanation of the Openness Index, a seminar was held for the responsible employees of ministries and agencies at the Anti-Corruption Agency.

At the seminar, experts presented information about the work being done on openness in state bodies and organizations.

In short, in order to ensure the openness of state bodies and organizations, timely and high-quality posting of information on their official websites is important for the settlement of communication between state administration bodies and citizens, and further increase of trust in the government. serves as a tool. That is, establishing an open and transparent dialogue with citizens increases the efficiency of activity.

It also provides information on the budget system, budgets at all levels, formation and execution of budgets of state special funds.

In this regard, from the employees of state bodies and organizations responsible for ensuring the openness of the budget process in the "Regulation on the procedure for posting information on official websites in order to ensure the openness of the budget process" (List number 3299) on the basis of the specified requirements: - it was confirmed that the information will be fully posted on the official websites in the specified terms and forms.

At the end of the meeting, relevant tasks were determined.
