Each application solution serves the development of the field
During the first half of 2023, a total of 452 applications from individuals and legal entities were received by the central office of the Forestry Agency, which decreased by 7.6% compared to the same period last year.
99% of applications came from individuals and 1% from legal entities. By form of appeals: 48 (10.6%) are written, 299 (66.2%) are electronic, 105 (23.2%) are verbal. Among them, 220 (48.7%) - received directly, 232 (51.3%) - through virtual receptions.
According to the results of the consideration of appeals, 58.8% were satisfied, 26.3% were given appropriate explanations, 5.3% were sent to other state bodies as appropriate, and 6.6% - based on Article 30 of the law review is complete.
The main part of the appeals of individuals and legal entities was received in the following areas:
2.4% – activities of leaders and employees of forestry organizations, 70.1% – use of forest fund land and conclusion of contracts and other illegal actions, 11.1% – social and 15.5% – other issues. According to regions, the majority of appeals are in Kashkadarya (19.2%), Surkhandarya (19.5%), Tashkent (10.1%), Jizzakh (8.8%), Samarkand (6.4%), and regions corresponds to the population.
Receptions of representatives of individuals and legal entities with the participation of officials of state bodies and economic management bodies are organized in order to create a basis for leaders to communicate with the people. As a result of the traveling receptions organized in the places, it is possible to communicate openly with the people, to study the demands and proposals of the population, to listen to their problems, and to solve the problems on the spot as much as possible.
Every Friday, the practice of discussing the state of working with appeals has been established, in which the state of working with appeals is critically discussed.
At the same time, the cases of increase in repetitions and the causes of existing errors and shortcomings are analyzed in depth, and measures are being taken to eliminate the causes of their origin in the future.
