In Karakalpakstan, in the corresponding paragraph of the “road map” for establishing the activities of the Central Asian University for the Study of the Environment and Climate Change (Green University), approved by Appendix 2 to the resolution of the head of state dated May 31, 2023 “On measures to organize the activities of the Central Asian University for the Study of the Environment” and climate change (Green University)” of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Jizzakh region, in order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks of organizing exhibition fairs in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Jizzakh region, an exhibition fair was organized in order to introduce into practice the developments of the Forestry Research Institute.

Experts noted such issues as establishing contractual commercialization and sales to enterprises and farms of scientific developments developed at the Forestry Research Institute (patents, innovative technologies, intensively grown tree and shrub seedlings).

Scientific developments developed over the past 5 years at the Forestry Research Institute at this fair (new varieties of pistachios and planting resource-intensive seedlings, patents received for logging machines, rare and valuable seedlings of trees and shrubs planted in an innovative way, seeds, medicinal plants, hybrid varieties, etc.) are presented inappropriately. In the region, the advantages, beneficiaries, and economic efficiency of scientific developments created by entities involved in planting nuts (pistachio, almond plantations) and growing medicinal plants (farms, entrepreneurs, landscaping and landscaping enterprises) are explained. At the end of the fair, a contract for the commercialization of scientific developments is concluded between producing organizations.
