At the event, the project leader B.Sh.Kuziyev - on the 5-year analysis of the works carried out under the general project, procurement specialists R.Allamuradov, B.Abdusamadov, A.Malikjonov - on the issues of procurement strategies within the project , (DB) employee N.Akhmedkho'jayeva and LAOG employee D.Aralova, ICT employee (DB) to create the "SMART FORESTRY" platform related to the digital platform to promote the environmental and social issues of the project Vlad Manoil, M. Salomov on the state of ecotourism objects, Nurgul Tatybekova, an employee of the (JB), gave lectures with their presentations on financial issues.
During the event, questions and opinions were exchanged with the World Bank employees and the project implementation team, regional coordinators on the processes of restoration of sustainable forest landscapes and effective management of forest resources in the Republic.
On November 5, the support mission consisting of the representatives of the World Bank in Uzbekistan and Washington met with the employees of the Department of Protected Natural Areas and the Department of Ecotourism and Hunting Development of the Ministry of Ecology.
During the meeting, in order to fulfill the tasks specified in the project in national nature parks and hunting farms, the plan of agricultural activities, the list of equipment to be purchased, the plots of land selected for recreation and ecotourism were reviewed and the development of investment projects was carried out in the future. Plans for further work were agreed upon.
