Trees were cut down at a forestry enterprise in Kashkadarya
The next control raid was carried out in the Dehqanabad district of the Kashkadarya region.
During one of these raids, it was revealed that a total of 6 juniper trees had been cut down in the “Duob” forest department of the Dehqanabad state forestry. As a result, 41 million 400 thousand soums of damage was caused to nature.
In connection with the incident, an administrative report was drawn up against the responsible ranger of the “Duob” forest department R.B. for failure to take measures established by Article 79, Part 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code, that is, for failure to take measures established by the legislation on the protection and preservation of trees in the territories assigned to him. A fine of 10 times the base calculation amount — 3 million 750 thousand soums — was imposed on him.
Also, in order to identify the remaining culprits, documents were sent to the Dehqanabad district Internal Affairs Directorate.
Appropriate legal measures will certainly be taken against violators and detailed information will be provided.
