Open communication with the people means to end existing problems!
It is known that according to Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Natural and Legal Entities", appeals received by the state body, organization or their officials shall be considered by this body, organization or will be reviewed by the officials charged with the obligations on exit.
In order to find a solution to the appeals and problems in the places, mobile receptions are organized.
According to the current legislation, receptions of representatives of individuals and legal entities are organized in local areas in order to organize receptions of representatives of individuals and legal entities with the participation of officials of state bodies and economic management bodies, and to create a basis for managers to communicate with the people. As a result of the traveling receptions organized in the places, it is possible to communicate openly with the people, study the demands and proposals of the population, listen to their problems, and solve the problems on the spot as much as possible.

To increase the effectiveness of working with appeals in the process of communication and to identify the systemic problems that arise in the direction of their activities, to take measures to solve them by going to the places, and to organize mobile receptions in the regions, to increase the cases of their repetition and existing errors and the causes of the deficiencies were thoroughly analyzed, and instructions were given to the heads of the department and the farm to take measures to eliminate the causes of their origin in the future.
It was also emphasized during the reception that human interests prevail and that solidarity is important in preventing corruption. It was noted that only open communication with the people in any field can easily solve existing problems.
