In order to ensure environmental sustainability in 2025, it is planned to implement "green projects". The draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the State Program for the Implementation of the "Uzbekistan-2030" Strategy in the Year of Environmental Protection and "Green Economy" contains proposals in this regard.

According to it, the projects will pay special attention to the efficient use of water and raw materials, improving air and soil quality, sustainable agriculture and forestry, ecotourism, green transport, green buildings, renewable energy and increasing energy efficiency.
