It is known that according to the decision of the government, state bodies and organizations, neighborhoods and owners of multi-apartment houses can take the initiative to the hokims to establish "Green Gardens". If the proposal is approved step by step, a contract will be signed with the state unitary enterprise "Yashil hudud" and the garden will be created.

According to the statement No. 42 of March 11, 2023, the creation of green parks by ministries and organizations in mountainous and sub-mountainous areas of Bostonliq district of Tashkent region was established this year. As part of the implementation of these tasks, the Ministry of Mining and Geology has decided to plant 32,000 saplings on an area of 65 hectares and create a "green garden".

In order to ensure the implementation of this task, the "Yashilloiha" design institute developed project-estimate documents for the establishment of a garden in the territory of the village of Pskom, Bostanliq district. In the development of project-estimate documents, the types of trees to be planted were selected taking into account the soil and natural-climatic conditions of the area.

Also, in accordance with these project-estimate documents, an agreement on the establishment of a park has been signed between the Forestry Agency "Yashil hudud" DUK and the Ministry of Mining and Geology, and practical work is being carried out.

To date, more than 15,000 pits (trenches) have been dug and land preparation is being carried out, taking into account the quantity and root size of seedlings planted by "Yashil hudud" DUK. In turn, it is planned to plant saplings in full in the autumn season of this year.
