The situation described in the message on social networks regarding the projects being implemented in Navoi region was studied by specialists of the Forestry Agency.

In accordance with the relevant instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, organizations within the Forestry Agency system were designated as contractors for the construction of “green gardens” and “green public parks” within the framework of the “My Garden” project, and a direct contract with the customer was concluded as an exception.

The design work was carried out by the “Yashilloyiha” design institute, and the design and estimate documentation was examined in the prescribed manner. All work was organized based on the requirements of the legislation.
